Any project manager works with four elements: spending, timing, time and producing a satisfactory result. Qualified project managers also attempt to make the organization of work more efficient. Take your project and you will see that it employes people, finance and machinery to produce end outcomes. To work with projects effectively you need to handle a number of factors. Some of them are listed in the next paragraph:

- Goal setting and assessing achievement.

- Handling uncertainty. The majority of projects feature a this or that level of risk.

- Allocating and supervising resources.

- Defining the products of the project.

- Managing the project from the point of view of who is doing what and when.

Is it always a must to use task tracking software?

Like any instrument, project management software has its issues. It delivers the greatest value when used for a number of big projects.
