Automation is a general term nowadays. This is not a problem to find the corporation that proposes the solutions for that issue. Those programs come in attractive boxes with lots of great features, whistles and bells. To oppose that influx of fashion, I came up with some good reasons for human resource managers to say “no” to trendy employee management software instruments.

Reason 1: It is not a program for free. Almost all obtainable employee management software is not freeware. The setting up coast is not the full charge, you will have to pay for support, maintenance and updates. A lot of people simply do not notice the price of that kind of software. Pay for the software only in case when you are sure that it can be compensated, otherwise, search for the more appropriate solutions.

Reason 2: You have to learn to use such software properly. Human resource software is a quite complex type of programs. Do you have a computer geek along your personnel? You may have to hire such if you want to study how to utilize this software properly.

Reason 3: Not every worker is able to operate such program. The stuff would understand that such software can help the manager to control their activity, so there is no reason for them to study it willingly. A lot of people is not used to learn these things. They do not want to learn it, because you won't pay them for the time they expend on it.

Reason 4: Employee scheduler software reduces the contacts with your personnel to minimum. Operating your stuff in person, not from distance, you would perform it better with assistance of your charismatic personality. You have to realize that the automation would destroy the human relations. People have the feeling that they are just small parts of the system. It might be nice for a traditional factory, but does not work for a modern competitive company that requires every bit of creativity it is able to press out of its employees.

Reason 5: It is too famous to be utilized. You can't get over your competitors until your program is better then their. Having the identical stuff as your rivals does not give you any competitive benefits. No matter what soft do you use, it may not assist you to search for and involve the best experts which is more important. You should be different, if you want to succeed. Do not forget that PC and its software can not make decisions like man do.

Living in the epoch of modern technologies it is difficult to realize how can so simple things as pen and notepad substitute software products, but in some cases they can. If you desire to invest, invest into people, not into programs.
